Q. Who Should Attend?
A.
This is an exclusive invitation-only event for key decision-makers from the hosting industry. Top-level executives from leading companies in the hosting industry will receive an invitation to attend, share ideas, and network. Space is limited. If you didn’t receive an invitation, please contact your Microsoft Partner Account Manager.

Q. Why Should I Attend?
A.
The Hosting Summit provides an unparalleled opportunity for dialogue with leaders across the industry and Microsoft executives, technologists and members of the Microsoft hosting team. You will gain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft’s vision for the hosting industry and strategy for a growing partnership with hosting providers.

This is a special opportunity to network with key decision-makers and top-level executives from the hosting industry as well as Microsoft executives. Engage fellow leaders in discussions on how to meet the challenges that face hosting executives and industry leaders. Ultimately, the goal is to walk away with a better understanding of how to create, optimize, and grow the next generation Web.

Q. How do I make changes to my registration?
A.
There are 2 ways you can update your event registration: 1) Re-enter the registration site as a Registered Guest using your login e-mail address and password and make the change in your registration record accordingly. 2) Email the registration team with your change and you will receive a confirmation once the change is complete.

Q. How do I book my hotel?
A.
The hotel blocked to accept your reservation is listed on the General Information page of this website. You can secure your accommodations during the registration process. For changes to your reservation you may return to your registration by using your login e-mail address and password used to make your registration or send an e-mail with your change to the registration team and a confirmation will be sent to you once the change is completed. If you are a Microsoft employee, please book your hotel rooms outside of the event block held for the Summit.

Q. What fees are associated with attending this event?
A.
Attendees are responsible for their transportation and their hotel accommodations while at the Summit. There are no registration fees for Microsoft invited Partners to attend the Microsoft Hosting Summit.

Q. Are meals provided?
A.
Yes attendee meals will be provided during the Summit, starting with a welcome reception evening on Tuesday, March 27th through to lunch on Thursday March 29th.

Q. What is the dress code of the event?
A.
All Microsoft Hosting Summit sessions and events are business casual.

Q. Do I require a travel visa?
A.
Foreign visitors require a passport (valid for six months longer than your intended stay) and a visa to enter the United States. To obtain a Visa letter please contact the registration team at Registration@MicrosoftHostingSummit.com for a Visa questionnaire. Please note that you are ultimately responsible for all aspects of entering the United States. The Hosting summit can only provide an invitation letter for use during your VISA application process.

Q. Will copies of the PowerPoint presentations be made available?
A.
Yes, copies of the PowerPoint presentations will be available after the event, through the registration site.
